However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we promise to work endlessly towards swift resolution and to ensure that you receive exactly what you require.
Delivery
Our beautiful bespoke lingerie is delicately crafted to suit your individual needs. It is crafted to perfection so it may take a little time. It is estimated to take between 2 to 6 weeks (Please see cancellation policy below for right to cancel) to receive your order. Once the order is complete the order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
We offer Free UK next day delivery on all bespoke UK orders.
For European countries, delivery will take around 6-10 days
For the rest of the world, delivery will take around 15-25 days.
Orders with a delivery address outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges as well as costs for customs clearance etc. must be borne by you as the importer of the goods. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
For returns please send an email to info@empressoflace.com. Please return all item(s) in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Please ensure that all undergarments are tried on over your own lingerie. We are unable to accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. Please ensure your available for your item to be collected by our courier a notification will be sent to you of expected collection times.
Cancellation Policy
Here at Empress of Lace we hope that our customers will be delighted with their order. However, on the unlikely occasion that you are not satisfied you may cancel your order based on the following circumstances:
• If failed to deliver within 60 business days from date of purchase.
• If an item is defective or you have discovered a fault (Following product inspection after delivery no later than 14 days.)
